The NED Club, the association of non-executive board members of companies, opened the debate on the Act concerning corporate governance, shortly before it was submitted to Parliament. The meeting was prefaced by the President Lida Kontogianni and then expert professors explained what the new legislation provides, presenting what is changing in the Boards of Directors of companies, the sanctions and the fines that will be provided.
