A new collaboration to strengthen Greek businesses was launched by the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation with The Non-Executive Directors' Club in Greece. The Memorandum was signed by the President of EBEA Sophia E. and the President and Secretary General of the NED Club Leda Condoyanni & Natasha Martsekis, on Tuesday, February 14 at the "Konstantinos Michalos Entrepreneurship Center" of EBEA.
The purpose of the initiative of the two bodies is the planning and implementation of actions that strengthen Corporate Governance with the aim of adopting best corporate governance practices, especially in family and small and medium-sized businesses as a critical factor for improving their competitiveness and value.
